Maintenance of tipping mechanisms on tipping trucks

　　1、Disassembly and maintenance of hydraulic cylinder, lifting bracket and related parts

　　Before dismantling, the carriage must be raised and the carriage must be supported by a support rod, preferably with a wooden pole to ensure safety.

　　(1) Hang the lifting slide chain hook reliably on the carriage and use the chain to tie the cylinder securely.

　　(2) Remove the hydraulic cylinder push rod top pin and lower the tie rod; push the push rod into the cylinder.

　　(3) Remove the hydraulic cylinder and lift out.

　　(1) When dismantling, each large part must be tied firmly in advance to prevent loosening and injury.

　　(2) When lifting, be careful not to knock down the carriage support rod, not to collide with other objects and people around.
