　　1.Before unloading, be sure to confirm that there is no personnel on both sides and rear of the vehicle, and often check whether the lifting limit device is intact (such as damage, please stop lifting, and quickly contact with the modification plant after-sales).

　　2.Lift operation is completed before driving, be sure to close the pickup switch first, so that the pickup and gearbox separate, the oil pump stop rotating; and then the manual operation valve in the stop position, so as to avoid the danger of automatic lifting in the process of driving.

　　3.Carriage reset to and subframe on the wing surface completely fit before the exercise of the vehicle, because the carriage in the lifting state to move the vehicle is very likely to fail and accidents.

　　4.Generally modified vehicles are installed lifting alarm, the driver needs to check and maintain every day, in driving, such as alarm abnormal, should immediately stop and check.

　　5.The vehicle stopped using the period, in order to extend the service life of the vehicle, it is recommended that the owner of the vehicle for a comprehensive and regular maintenance.

　　6.Often check whether the lift, limit device is intact, such as damage please stop lifting, and quickly contact with the modification plant after-sales.


 

　　7.Even distribution of goods in the carriage, do not seriously off-load exercise, dumping and unloading.

　　8.To make the gear pump work, should first step down the clutch pedal, and then open the power take-off switch, so as to avoid the impact of the gear teeth of the power take-off.

　　9.When the carriage is lifted, the engine speed should be controlled within 2000rmin, especially after the carriage is lifted to 40°, do not increase the throttle to avoid damaging the limit valve and other parts.

　　10.Exercise should check before the "pickup switch and manual operation valve" should be in the separation and decline state, to prevent accidents.

　　11.When the carriage lifting operation, there should not be any facilities and people around 5 meters, and the operator should not leave the cab.

　　12.When the vehicle is running, the chassis extractor must stop moving, the manual operation valve must be in the stop position, it is forbidden to manipulate the manual manipulation valve to lift and drop position driving.

　　13.Repair the vehicle must be completely bracket support, maintenance personnel are strictly prohibited in the case of not supporting the complete bracket, into the bottom of the box operations.
