Hydraulic oil addition and replacement

　　The amount of hydraulic oil has been insufficient, the carriage can not be lifted to the maximum angle, in the lifting process will also occur shaking and other unstable phenomena; hydraulic components are precision machine parts, should often check the hydraulic oil in the system, if the hydraulic oil is not clean, will reduce the service life of hydraulic components.

　　1、the addition of hydraulic oil (tank refueling and oil level check)

　　When the hydraulic lifting cylinder is all extended, the oil level in the tank is not lower than the upper surface of the filter element, or 120mm from the bottom of the tank, do not take out the oil filter when refueling. When the carriage is not lifted, the height of the oil surface should not be too high, otherwise there will be oil overflow when the carriage is falling, but also can not be lower than the surface of the cartridge, because the oil level is too low will make the lifting cylinder is not all extended when there is no oil in the tank, so that the carriage is not lifted up, the oil pump produces empty suction phenomenon.

　　Warning: If the hydraulic oil tank under the car, the entire refueling process should be assisted by the assistant to support the rod to ensure safety.

　　2、Hydraulic oil replacement

　　The first time about 1500 times after lifting, later in the oil dirty or oil aging at any time to replace (recommended lifting 5000 times on replacement). In addition, the oil filter should be cleaned or replaced before the arrival of winter each year. In the cold winter in the north, before use, the hydraulic oil should be replaced with 4607, 4601, synthetic hydraulic oil and other low-temperature hydraulic oil.


 

　　3、Hydraulic oil for hydraulic system

　　(1) According to the different ambient temperature, different grades of hydraulic oil should be used. In the case of low temperature, a small viscosity hydraulic oil should be used, and in the case of high temperature, a high viscosity hydraulic oil should be used.

　　(2) Hydraulic oil can also be used in place of No. 10 aviation hydraulic oil, No. 46 hydraulic oil, but must not be replaced by diesel oil or any other acidic oil.

　　(3) The amount of hydraulic oil: generally speaking, single-stage single-acting hydraulic cylinder with oil about 25 ~ 40L, multi-stage hydraulic cylinder with oil about 50 ~ 80L.

　　The company leaves the factory all use No. 8 hydraulic oil, the user should replace the hydraulic oil according to the actual use of the environment to ensure the service life of the system.
