2、To prevent the car from overturning when lifting the carriage, we should pay attention to
(1) Strictly prohibit unloading in the place where there is a horizontal slope.

(3) be especially careful when dumping and unloading goods with high viscosity or not easy to slide down.

(5) The vehicle is strictly prohibited to use overload.
(6) before unloading, the vehicle at least 2 meters straight ahead.
3、Take-off should be engaged when the engine is idle.
4、The carriage should be avoided in the load lifting and then suddenly put down. If there is a special need, it must be operated carefully and lowered with the lowest speed, otherwise it will have a great impact on the car frame and even an accident.
5、When the car is fully loaded, it is strictly forbidden to go downhill at high speed or stop suddenly.
6, the car in the dumping process to maintain stable engine speed. If the viscosity of the oil is high, the engine should be made to drive the oil pump at low speed for trial operation.
7, should pay attention to the car parts fastening condition is normal. After working every day, you must check the tightening situation of the flip mechanism and the main and subframe coupling bolts, and check the connection of the pipeline of the lifting system; whether there is oil leakage in the hydraulic system, and if necessary, replace the seals in time, and even replace all kinds of valve assemblies.
