Chinese vehicle scrapping years

According to Article 5 of the Regulations on the Standard for Compulsory Scrap of Motor Vehicles:

1. 8 years for small and micro taxis, 10 years for medium-sized taxis, and 12 years for large taxis;

2. Leasing a passenger car for 15 years;

3. The small coach passenger car is used for 10 years, the medium coach passenger vehicle is used for 12 years, and the large coach passenger vehicle is used for 15 years;

4. The bus passenger car has been used for 13 years;

5. 10 years for other small and micro commercial passenger vehicles, and 15 years for large and medium-sized commercial passenger vehicles;

6. The special school bus is used for 15 years;

7. Large and medium-sized non-operating passenger vehicles (except large cars) are used for 20 years;

8. Three-wheeled vehicles, low-speed trucks with single-cylinder engines are used for 9 years, low-speed trucks equipped with multi-cylinder engines and micro trucks are used for 12 years, dangerous goods transport trucks are used for 10 years, and other trucks (including semi-trucks) Trailer tractor and full trailer tractor) for 15 years;

9. The special operation vehicle with cargo-carrying function can be used for 15 years, and the special operation vehicle without cargo-carrying function can be used for 30 years;

10. 10 years for full trailers and semi-trailers for transporting dangerous goods, 20 years for container semi-trailers, and 15 years for other semi-trailers;

11. 12 years for regular three-wheeled motorcycles and 13 years for other motorcycles.
