In terms of power, the MC07 engine of MAN Technology is selected for weight reduction. The net weight of the engine is 650 kilograms, which is about 300 kilograms lighter than that of the engine with a displacement of 11 liters. The 340-horsepower version has a maximum torque of 1238Nm, which meets the power requirements of standard transport.
 
The gearbox adopts Sinotruk HW13710L aluminum alloy casing gearbox with 10 forward gears, and the highest gear is direct gear. The rated input torque is 1300Nm. In order to achieve better lubrication effect, the gearbox adopts a combination of forced lubrication and gear splash lubrication to adapt to various road conditions.
 
The rear axle still retains the wheel reduction axle configuration, and chooses the MAT16BG drive axle. This axle is a new product based on the Steyr series ST16 wheel reduction axle combined with the improvement of MAN technology, which is mainly suitable for road vehicles. The stamped and welded axle housing is naturally lighter than the traditional cast axle housing, and the design of the wheel-reduced axle also ensures that the axle housing has sufficient ground clearance.
 
The front and rear suspensions are not designed with few leaf springs, and the multi-leaf spring steel plate suspension can ensure sufficient carrying capacity. In terms of other light weight, the frame adopts the MAN technology TGA frame, which is lighter in weight, and the fuel tank and other accessories use new materials to reduce the weight, all of which are made of aluminum alloy.


 
▎The stirring capacity is only 7.99 cubic meters
 
The upper parts are produced by China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Qingdao Heavy Industry. The capacity of the mixing tank is much smaller than that of the truck running on the road. In fact, its mixing capacity is only 7.99 cubic meters.
 
According to the concrete density of 2.4 tons/cubic meter, reasonable loading can control the total weight within the range of 31 tons.

The hydraulic pump takes power directly from the engine through the small drive shaft. The small details of the drive shaft are handled very well. There is a rubber dust jacket at the telescopic part and an aluminum plate on the top.
